It also makes it possible to continuously use high quality manpower while dealing with the important variations in our clients' activities, whether they are positive or negative.

Short-term workers are only used for exceptional situations, thus avoiding quality problems and additional costs.

Alpha Direct Services is also very active in the re-entry into the labour force movement. In partnership with the ARES association, we encourage the re-entry into the labour force of people experiencing social difficulties and thus proclaim our refusal to exclude people and our desire for general welfare.
