Alpha Direct Services has developed its own activity management system which is based on a standard WMS nucleus.

The system was created to ensure complete traceability of our customers' products from the time they arrive on our receiving platforms to the moment they are delivered.

This technology used for logistic flow management makes information sharing possible among the different participants in the order process : final customer, supplier, shipping service providers, delivery person, and call center.

Communication with our customers is carried out through a series of interfaces which make exchanging data with any order management system possible.

The IT applications were developed in a Windows environment using Visual C++, Visual BASIC, .NET, SQL SERVER and Oracle.

We also use programmes developed in an IBM AS 400 environment.
