Customer relations are at the heart of Alpha Direct Services' organisation. Through the implementation of a real partnership, the services provided by Alpha Direct Services are integrated into our customers' organisations and work process. Alpha Direct Services is thus operationally involved in their production process.
To improve this relationship a sole representative is chosen. An important part of Alpha Direct Services' structure, this person is responsible for the management and follow-up of each of our customer's supply chain.
Alpha Direct Services has a call-center dedicated to managing our customers' telephone marketing : call reception (A.S. management, consumer services, hotline, etc.) and calling (payment reminder, telemarketing, etc).
